Getting Started with Songmaster
Getting started with Songmaster video-based music lessons is easy. Just follow these steps.
- Search for the songs you want. Search by instrument, skill level, genre or use Advanced Search.
- If you do not have an account already, open an account.
- Checkout.
- If you have not already, download the Songmaster Download Manager. This special interface is your player for your library of Songmaster video lessons. Follow the instructions, then save a shortcut to your desktop for convenience.
- Launch the download manager from the site or from the link in your confirmation email to save your purchases to your computer.
In a matter of minutes, you’ll be on your way, playing songs that inspired you to take up an instrument in the first place – and discovering you have the talent to play like never before.

Be aware that our video files are Apple TV sized so they won’t play on hand-held devices unless converted. Do the following to convert our .mov files via iTunes:
· Select the lesson you the want to convert(it highlights blue when selected)
· Click ADVANCED in the iTunes toolbar.
· Choose CONVERT SELECTION TO… pick iPhone, iTouch, iPod.
· After the file is converted you will have a file that will sync to your device.
*PLEASE NOTE:iVideosongs files downloaded from our Distribution Partners (iTunes, Amazon, e.g. ) may not be convertible because of added security those sites may use.You may, however, be able to export iVideosongs files purchased from other sites to mp3 format, as is the case with iTunes’ downloads.
